Epictetus is my favourite Roman Stoic. His major work is the Enchiridion, or Manual, which is a collection of his core ideas, written down by one of his students. It is short, witty, contains deep insight and is an excellent introduction to Roman Stoic thought.
I've read the Enchiridion several times and each time I discover something new. To explore the ideas more deeply I am going to analyze each of its 52 parts, attempting to explain and expand on the ideas in each.
You can find my post about each part here.
